Positive: All the staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Special mention to Kily who checked me in and was very thoughtful. Wendell, who worked during the night was lovely and the restaurant manager and all his team were very accommodating and polite. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is powerful. Nice toiletries are provided. I like the decor of the rooms. I travelled in the off season so it was quiet. I'd definitely recommend this property. Oh and an added bonus there is a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beach.

Negative: Hairdryer wasn't in the room but the reception organised one to be sent to my room. Not sure if that is always the case.
